At Bullet Journal, we want you to feel as confident in our apparel as you do in your planning. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached before securely sealing them in a shipping mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
